GoCliniq.in's booking service is free for patients. Payment terms between patients and healthcare providers are governed separately by clinic policies. Refunds or credits for appointments are handled directly by the healthcare provider.

• Medical advice or treatment decisions
• Healthcare provider actions or negligence
• Service interruptions or technical errors
• Lost data or messages
• Any indirect or consequential damages

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass or abuse healthcare providers or staff
• Share false or misleading medical information
• Attempt to breach security systems
• Use the service for spam or commercial purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and designs on GoCliniq.in are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our materials without permission.

9. Healthcare Provider Terms

Healthcare providers using GoCliniq.in agree to:

• Maintain accurate clinic information
• Respond to appointment requests promptly
• Comply with healthcare regulations and licensing
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Provide quality medical services

10. Termination

GoCliniq.in may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, engage in harmful behavior, or misuse the service. Termination is at our sole discretion.
